I was a people leader for more than 15 years and climbed the corporate ladder all the way to the top before taking my coaching practice full-time to support the journey to success for more people.
As a human resources business partner for over 22+ years, I worked closely with a wide range of leaders at large and midsize public and private companies helping them transition through changes, become better people leaders, and navigate towards their visions for success.
I understand the personal commitment and drive that it takes to be a successful leader. The road gets bumpy, confidence shakes, the next steps look undesirable or unclear, and every so often, fantasies of early retirement or something entirely new take over.
