You KNOW you were made for more.

More than feeling frustrated and uninspired where you are. Because deep down, you know that you’re not living out your full potential.

I get you 100%.

I’ve lived through the journey.

10 years ago, I was attending a conference in Las Vegas with 18,000 social marketing leaders when I found myself sobbing with tears running down my face while I listened to a speaker share their personal success story of fulfilling their dream. It was in that moment that I realized I had stopped dreaming. I had no vision for my future. I was just doing ‘the every day’. Suddenly, I felt utterly and physically awful. It was a panic attack – a first for me and completely terrifying. Coming out of that experience, I couldn’t shake the question: What’s my vision?

I thought maybe if I keep chasing more challenges, I can find something I can attach to. So, I stayed with my global S&P 500 firm and continued rising in the ranks in HR while running my side hustle. Well, that led me to getting 4 promotions year after year. I remember my first executive promotion clearly: the company gave me a bigger title, more responsibility, more money, and more equity. My sponsors and mentors and business partners were genuinely happy for my success and celebrated my milestone. But secretly, I felt the promotion was overdue AND in order to get it I had burnt myself out for THEIR vision. It was a repetitive cycle: burning myself out and being rewarded with a promotion. I appreciated the recognition, but deep down I longed for something more meaningful. Each time, I quietly contemplated, What’s really MY vision?

And then I thought maybe if I change the people and the environment, I might actually feel a little bit differently. So, I took the top job - the chief job - at another financial firm and thought I'd be a step closer to fulfillment. But what I realized was: now I am spending even less time doing the meaningful work that I love – the work that ignites people’s potential – and I don’t feel any more alive in my purpose. I thought, this is not the definition of success – certainly not on my terms. And that’s when I decided to choose my vision over everyone else’s definition of success.
What is YOUR vision?

What is your definition of success?

Today, I meet people where they spend the majority of their time – in their work, in their career. I take all the lessons and tools that helped me get clear and help elevate them to where they really want to be – which is a combination of feeling more equipped and emboldened and focused on doing meaningful work - and feeling more fulfilled.

I call that happy-successful.

Happy-successful is not some cookie-cutter success, or someone else’s dream for you.
Happy-successful is when the success you’re experiencing FITS YOU.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, unfulfilled, and craving a zest for the future like I did, you’re in the right place.
I’m here to guide you to feeling reenergized, confident, and living out a meaningful future.
